WWP maintains a high standard in ethical panel recruitment methodologies. Our panelists are organically recruited through various online advertising methods including banners, ad boxes, buttons, pop-ups, and pop-unders, which are strategically placed on various high traffic websites. Potential panelists who express interest in joining one of our panels by clicking on a recruitment ad are taken directly to our registration where they can proceed by providing basic demographic data and agreeing to join our panel.

All of our panelists are required to participate in a double opt-in process, in compliance with the MRA/IMRO standards. Once the initial registration form is complete, panelists are required to express another confirmation of their willingness to join our panel by clicking a link sent via email. Once this link is clicked, the registration process is complete. If a panelist fails to click this link to complete the registration process, they are not registered with our panel.

WWP believes strongly in the double opt-in process as verification that our panel members have actively expressed a desire to be a part of one of our various panels and have agreed to take surveys through us. We periodically verify this willingness through re-engagement emails.

Members access either the SurveyTickerTM website or the downladable widget, unique to each members’ user identification data, which provides a centralized receptacle for survey invites. This provides a convenient way for members to retrieve their survey invites and decreases instances of data duplication and false membership.
