WWP strictly follows the best practices and guidelines as outlined by MRA/IMRO and ESOMAR (Esomar 26) In order to uphold a high standard in ethics and quality, WWP adheres to specific practices that assure our panels are created and maintained using firm guidelines that ensure we maintain the highest standards in the industry.
Our panel recruitment methodology requires that each member follow a double opt-in process, which requires an additional expression of a willingness to join our panel and receive emails from us. Our panelists can opt out at any time if they so choose. Our panelists are notified of survey opportunities via email if their data meets the demographic criteria targeted. In addition to clearly laying out incentive and estimated time required for a particular survey opportunity, WWP’s project management team also reviews every survey thoroughly to ensure they are in compliance with our specific Privacy Policy and Terms of Agreement, as well as local, state, and national laws and regulations regarding data collection. Furthermore, security is a top priority for WWP. To read more about our security practices, please click here. WWP strives to maintain panel loyalty and member proliferation. In order to avoid panel “burn-out” and data acquired from members who primarily participate for financial gain, survey invitations are sent only to members who are likely to qualify based on their demographic data and who have received no more than three invitations per month. In addition, WWP strongly adheres to a fair and generous incentive and reward system in order to maintain panel loyalty and avoid panel attrition. We routinely offer incentives to our members for updating their profiles.
