A cookie (also tracking cookie, browser cookie, and HTTP cookie) is a small piece of text stored on a user's computer by a web browser. These cookies consist of one or more name-value pairs containing bits of information that allow WWP to track or block respondents.
Local Shared Objects (LSO), commonly called flash cookies, are collections of cookie-like data stored as a file on a user's computer. WWP uses this as a way to track and/or block a user from creating multiple accounts or taking a survey more than one time.
