Our innovative Survey “Ticker" is like a stock ticker or a news ticker "widget," "gadget" or "application." Instead of emailing a survey link to a member, SurveyTicker™ posts the link live in the application. The SurveyTicker™ can be downloaded to your Microsoft Windows Sidebar or added to your social network or accessed the old fashioned way, on our website. The "ticker" provides an alternative way for us to deliver WWP surveys while adding a layer of non-intrusive security that eliminates survey email junk filtering issues.
On the "flip side" of the SurveyTicker™ is the respondent's Rewards Bank from RedeemItNow™, which neatly packages all member invites and rewards in one convenient location. After extensive testing, we found that those who used SurveyTicker™ had a better overall survey experience, which improved respondent cooperation and opinion honesty. Although invitations will add up if members do not “complete” a survey, in most cases, members can only complete up to four surveys a month. Certain trackers and omnibus surveys are not included in the count.
